Placing an Order

Due to logistics with our dry ice manufacturer, we only ship FedEx orders on Mondays. Since all FedEx orders are shipped via 2 day shipping it will usually get to your doorstep Wednesday/Thursday.

Local Houston Orders: We deliver to your doorstep every Tuesday and Friday.

Nope! We operate out of one location - Our ranch. You do not need to place an online order, you can swing by, pick and choose what you want, and pay in store.

Store Hours: Wed-Sun: 11am-9pm

We recommend placing your order AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance to allow for any delays and to let your product thaw safely. Many of our larger cuts can take 3 to 4 days to completely thaw. Please plan accordingly and schedule shipments with enough time to safely thaw in the refrigerator.

Shipping

Only residents in Texas and Louisiana are eligible for free shipping.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

We ship out local Houston orders every Tuesday & Friday.

All meat is frozen and placed in an insulated bag. We will leave your order on your doorstep at specified address.

Please Be Mindful! This product is perishable and will thaw if left out on your doorstep. All items are deep frozen prior to delivery. An email or phone notification will be sent to alert you when items have been delivered. We strive to do our deliveries in a timely manner - however refunds will not be issued if items are left unattended at your door.

All FedEx delivery orders are packed in an insulated box with dry ice.

Orders should get to you either fully frozen or partially thawed.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Refunds

Please note that steaks will arrive fully frozen or partially thawed. We will not issue refunds for partially thawed items due to shipping delays.

If you have a different issue with the steaks or received the wrong item, you have 30 days from when the order was delivered to contact us for a full refund.

If you are over the 30 days we will issue store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on local deliveries if order is left unattended at your door. Please read "How do Local Deliveries Work" for more details.
