How it Works

You can sign up for a subscription by going to the product page for any of the 3 available subscription boxes and purchasing it as you would any other item.

You can view and edit your subscriptions by logging into https://www.wodagyu.com/account/login and clicking on the manage subscriptions tab.

Clicking "Manage Subscription" next to an active subscription will allow you to make changes to the subscription.

You can skip a month on your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing the subscription using the Skip button.

Pausing a subscription can be done the same way by clicking Pause when managing the subscription however only after the 2nd monthly shipment.

You can cancel a subscription by logging into your account , managing the subscription and then using the Cancel button under Subscription Settings.

Please be aware that canceling can only be done after the 2nd monthly shipment.

Shipping

Your first box will be sent out on the next ship-out date. If you live outside of Houston, that means your box will be shipped out the following Monday.

If you live in Houston our delivery dates are Tuesdays and Fridays.

We ship out local Houston orders every Tuesday & Friday.

All meat is frozen and placed in an insulated bag. We will leave your order on your doorstep at specified address.

Please Be Mindful! This product is perishable and will thaw if left out on your doorstep. All items are deep frozen prior to delivery. An email or phone notification will be sent to alert you when items have been delivered. We strive to do our deliveries in a timely manner - however refunds will not be issued if items are left unattended at your door.

All FedEx delivery orders are packed in an insulated box with dry ice.

Orders should get to you either fully frozen or partially thawed.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Refunds

Please note that steaks will arrive fully frozen or partially thawed. We will not issue refunds for partially thawed items due to shipping delays.

If you have a different issue with the steaks or received the wrong item, you have 30 days from when the order was delivered to contact us for a full refund.

If you are over the 30 days we will issue store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on local deliveries if order is left unattended at your door. Please read "How do Local Deliveries Work" for more details.
