Cut from the same muscle as the better known ribeye, the Chuck Eye comes from the chuck primal, an area known for cuts of meat full of rich beefy flavor. In the same league of tenderness as the Rib Eye it also matches the more well known cut in marbling. Great on the gill or seared in a skillet.
