Please Be Mindful! This product is perishable and will thaw if left out on your doorstep. All items are deep frozen prior to delivery. An email or phone notification will be sent to alert you when items have been delivered. We strive to do our deliveries in a timely manner - however refunds will not be issued if items are left unattended at your door.

FEDEX DELIVERIES

WE SHIP OUT EVERY MONDAY!

Our dry ice manufacturer delivers ice to us every Monday.
Since we pack each order with dry ice, we only ship orders out once a week using 2 day fed-ex shipping or regular Fedex Home delivery.
PLEASE NOTE**: SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to the nature of this product, items may arrive partially thawed.
Please note** We will not issue refunds for partially thawed items .
