Beef was great, tender and prompt delivery. Will order again!

So far I’ve been happy with all meat from Wodaygu, except the Denver cut, which was very tough and not marbled at all. They also didn’t care when I sent them photos and asked for a refund or credit. But, the Bavette steaks I received were very nice, similar to skirt steak. Will definitely purchase again.

Highly recommend the steaks. Only thing I had wished better is if the steak looked like it does in their picture. None of the steaks looked like that when I went to select one. All looked like end pieces, not center cut and beautifully marbled like the picture online.

The flavor was nonetheless amazing, juicy and tender too.

Everything came in frozen. Meat is easy to crumble when making chili or casserole. We’re very pleased.

Really enjoyed the ribeye and ground meat. I order a New York strip as well, it was good just not a huge fan of that cut, more of a ribeye person. 10 out 10.
